  • Rachel Lee Nigsch has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2015 and treating patients in the Philadelphia area for 9 years. Graduating from Widener University with aMasters in Social Work and a Masters in Human Sexuality.

  • Scheduling is decided with each client depending on their symptoms during the consult and intake session. It is recommended for a minimum of 90 days of weekly sessions, but we can accommodate clients based on their needs. All scheduling is done with client and therapist.

  • Please find our fees on our services and pricing page. We do not currently accept insurance but we do bill out of network claims. We use a company Mentaya, no cost to the client. Most clients receive 60%-80% of their copay back (this depends on your plan and deductible for OON claims).

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time or if you do not attend, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

    A clinician will reach out if an outside provider reaches out with proper release of information.

  • Please reach out directly to your clinician prior to 24 hours of your appointment time. Please use their email to direct all communication. Therapist will coordinate with you on what times they have available to get you rescheduled as soon as possible.

  • Currently Elm Counseling is offering tele-health via zoom.

    Elm Counseling is not currently offering in person or phone call therapy at this time.
